Backward class students who got admission to vocational courses will get a scholarship

Mumbai: Social Justice Minister Dhananjay Munde has given a big relief to the students who have taken admission in the reserved seats for vocational courses through the centralized admission process (cap round). Students who have attached the application form for Caste Validity Certificate, but have not been able to get Caste Validity Certificate till January 20, are eligible for Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist constituents in the merit list if they are admitted at the institution level. Tuition fees will be paid. Date of entry into the second round of ‘Cap’. January 20 was the last day. However, due to the lockdown that has been going on since March 2020, many students have not been able to complete their caste validity certificate verification process on time, according to the CET cell.
