A gang of thieves cleaned their hands in the house of the chairman of Teliamura Panchayat Samiti

By Shyamsundar Datta, Tripura State: A gang of thieves cleaned their hands in the room of the chairman of Teliamura Panchayat Samiti in the dark of night and took away a computer monitor and a machine. The incident happened sometime on Tuesday night. According to the details of the incident, the employees of the office of the Panchayat Samiti returned home around 5 pm on Tuesday after completing their work. At some point that night, a group of thieves entered the office of the Panchayat Samiti and fled with the computer monitor in the room of Chairman Jamuna Das and the echo sound machine in the conference hall of the office of the Panchayat Samiti. Upon receiving the news, other officers of the office including the police of Teliamura police station and the vice chairman of the panchayat association rushed to the spot. The theft was surrounded by question marks. When asked about this, Apu Gop, vice-chairman of Teliamura Panchayat Samiti, said that the misguided, that is, drug-addicted social traitors can do this. However, the police have started an investigation into the theft.
