He dropped to third place in the rankings due to decline in his wealth by about $6.2 billion. He has been replaced by French businessman Bernard Arnault in the ranking of the richest people in the world. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos holds the first place with net worth of $176.6 billion. Arnault is in second place on the list with a net worth of $152.1 billion, followed by Elon Musk with assets worth $150.8 billion. Bill Gates is at fourth position with assets worth $124.3 billion. From India, Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited Mukesh Ambani is in the 10th position in this list with net worth of $84.5 billion.
