An increase in the price of gold and silver has been recorded on Friday. HDFC Securities recorded a hike of Rs 474 per 10 grams in gold price. With this rise, the gold rate in the national capital Delhi has reached Rs 47,185 per 10 grams. In the previous session i.e. on Thursday, the price of gold was Rs 46,711 per 10 grams. The price of precious metals was seen to be increasing globally leading to an increase in the prices of gold and silver in the domestic market. According to HDFC Securities, silver prices rose by Rs 1,050 per kg in the national capital and reached Rs 70,791 per kg. Earlier on Thursday, the rate of one kilogram of silver in Delhi was Rs 69,741.
