Gold price rises, silver price declines by Rs 200

The domestic spot price of gold recorded an increase on Wednesday. According to HDFC Securities, the price of gold rose by Rs 60 per 10 grams in Delhi. With this rise, gold price has increased to Rs 44,519 per 10 grams. According to securities, the price of gold has increased at the domestic level due to the strengthening of global gold prices and the depreciation of the rupee. In the previous session, gold had closed at a price of Rs 44,459 per 10 grams. Whereas, the domestic spot price of silver registered a decline on Wednesday. Falling by Rs 200 per kg, the price of silver is now Rs 66,536 per kg. Silver had closed at Rs 66,736 per kg in the previous session.
