Gold price down by Rs 141, silver rate bounces slightly

The domestic bullion market recorded a fall in the spot price of gold on Monday. According to HDFC Securities, the spot price of gold declined by Rs 141 on Monday in Delhi. The price of Gold has reduced to Rs 48,509 per 10 grams. In the last trading session, the spot price of gold had closed at Rs 48,650 per 10 grams. Whereas, silver prices registered an increase of Rs 43 in the domestic bullion market on Monday. The rate of silver has risen to Rs 66,019 per kg. Significantly, the price of silver had closed at Rs 65,976 per kg in the previous session. In the international market, gold traded at $1,853.26 an ounce and the global price of silver was at $25.55 an ounce.
