An increase in the spot price of gold and silver was registered on Thursday. According to HDFC Securities, gold prices rose by Rs 439 per 10 grams in the national capital and reached Rs 46,680 per 10 grams. In the previous session, it was Rs 46,241 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, the price of silver also saw a huge increase of Rs 1,302 per kg, bringing the price to Rs 69,511 per kg. In the previous session, it was priced at Rs 68,209 per kg. In the global market, gold was rising at $ 1,792 an ounce and silver remained flat at $ 26.72 an ounce.
