CBI arrests Gaursons chairperson’s son in bank fraud case of Rs.80 crore

On Friday, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Rahul Gaur, son of Gaurson Real Estate Chairperson BL Gaur in a bank fraud case of Rs.80 crore. He has been charged for cheating banks like Bank of Baroda (BoB) and Syndicate Bank. Rahul Gaur owns a company Brys International Private Limited that took a total loan of Rs. 250 Cr. (Rs.150 Cr. from Bank of Baroda and Rs.100 Cr. from Syndicate Bank). The loan was taken to develop a high-end residential complex of 291 luxury flats in Noida’s Sector 150.
